How much food to eat during pregnancy

The second thing that you have to keep in mind is that you have to eat small amounts of food. That is, if you take diet three times a day, then divide it into six diets instead of three. Eat small amounts of food but chew thoroughly.

Taking rest during pregnancy

Do not lie down immediately after eating food. After your meal you should walk for at least 15 to 20 minutes. If you slowly move around in the courtyard of the house or inside home, your food also gets digested. If you lie down directly, your food starts turning upwards and this will not only produce acid but you may also have the problem of vomiting.

Walking during pregnancy

The more you walk, the more your baby will remain healthy in the womb and your food will also be digested well. You must walk for at least 30 to 45 minutes twice in the morning and evening. Keep in mind that your doctor has not advised you to take bed rest. If your doctor has prescribed bed rest, you do not have to do walking unless your doctor suggests so.

How to sleep during pregnancy

If you sleep during the day time, you can take maximum sleep of 1-2 hours, but give enough sleep at night. You decide your sleeping time. Set a time to wake up.

You neither have to do sleep less nor much during the day. Both are harmful. You can sleep for 8 to 9 hours throughout the day (right way to sleep during pregnancy).
