If your second trimester of pregnancy is going on and if your blood sugar level remains very high, if your glucose test is not normal, then you should not consume dates in the second trimester of pregnancy.

If you do not have any disease like diabetes, then you can consume it comfortably, even in the second trimester of pregnancy.

Now talking about the third trimester of pregnancy, eating dates in the third trimester can be very beneficial for you. That is because in the last phase of pregnancy, it is very helpful in reducing the time of your labor pain. You must eat dates in the last phase of pregnancy. They also make your delivery process much easier, helping you to have a normal delivery. You have to eat dates in limited quantity. You should consume only four to five dates in a day, do not consume more dates than this.
