You should not eat chopped watermelon or muskmelon for a long time, otherwise you may have problems like vomiting, nausea, dizziness, so whatever fruits you eat, eat them only fresh.
  • Whenever you consume watermelon or muskmelon, then after that you do not have to drink water for 1 hour. If you drink water immediately after this, then you may have the problem of diarrhoea. That is why you should drink water at least 1 hour after eating it.
  • Whenever you consume watermelon or melon, you should not eat anything made of milk for 1-2 hours.
  • Detoxifying property is found in watermelon and muskmelon. So if you eat melons in excess, then they take out the good nutrition in your body as well. That’s why it is not to be eaten in large quantities.
