  • Before cooking cabbage, cut it after looking closely and then wash it thoroughly. After that leave it in lukewarm water with turmeric for a while so that the harmful bacteria and pesticides present in it are removed.
  • Also, keep in mind that you should never eat unripe or raw cauliflower
    otherwise, you may get stomach infection.
  • Eat cauliflower in limit because eating more cauliflower can also cause you to complain of constipation and bloating.
