There are some super foods that you should eat during pregnancy so that your baby  become smart and intelligent inside womb. These foods are as below.

Foods containing omega 3 fatty acids

 The first thing you have to eat during pregnancy is a diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids. You can eat salmon fish twice a week. If you eat salmon fish, then the baby’s brain starts sharpening. The baby starts becoming intelligent in the womb itself. Soybean, egg, flax seed also give you omega 3 fatty acids. If you use cooking oil like canola oil , olive oil then also you and your baby gets omega 3 fatty acids.

Green leafy vegetables

Secondly, you must consume green leafy vegetables during. Spinach, fenugreek leaves, coriander, cabbage etc. must be consumed as they

Almonds, Walnuts and Seeds

Eat almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. This gives you magnesium, vitamin-E as well as protein. For iron-rich diet, if you eat green leafy vegetables, chicken, figs, pomegranates, raisins which give you iron, due to which blood is formed in your body in good quantity. Iron is very important for carrying oxygen to the nerve cells in the baby’s brain. Proper iron content in your body helps in keeping off iron deficiency anemia. If you consume jaggery during pregnancy, it will give you a good amount of iron.

Milk intake

For the intellectual development of the child in the womb, you must consume milk during pregnancy. You get protein as well as calcium from milk. Both these things make your body strong as well as strengthen you mentally. Consumption of milk makes the bones and muscles of the baby stronger.

Exercise

During pregnancy you have to stay fit and active. See, when you exercise, your muscles remain active, the flow of blood is fast in your body. In such a situation, the physical and mental development of the child goes very well. When you exercise during pregnancy, it increases the neurons formation in the baby’s brain , which promote the memory and memory part of the child by up to 40 percent.
