Coconut water: Along with this, you can drink coconut water in the morning time. Coconut water is very healthy during pregnancy. It contains many nutrients, which a pregnant woman needs during this time for proper development of baby inside womb. In addition, it is rich in antioxidant properties, due to which the pregnant woman gets rid of all these problems viz. vomiting, nausea, headache and morning sickness in the morning. Drinking coconut water in the morning also improves digestion of pregnant women.

Warm water: Also if nothing is available, women must drink 1 glassful of lukewarm water first thing after getting up from bed in the morning. Drinking a glass of lukewarm water, it detoxifies your body. And all the toxins that are there are passed out with urine.
