Pregnant women do mistake of not eating on time. You must eat small meals after every 2.5 hours
Do not eat junk food. It provides more threat to baby in womb.
There is no guarantee of cleanliness, hygiene, freshness etc. of the food you eat from outside. Avoid such food.
When going out do keep some healthy snacks like dry fruits so that baby does not starve in womb.
Also make sure that you carry your medicines, drinking water, etc. whenever you are out of the house.
Sleeping on back or on stomach obstruct blood supply to baby making baby get less oxygen and nutrients.
